We learn what support is needed, what the person would like to continue doing independently and what would help them feel safe and comfortable at home.

Care may be arranged as short or extended visits, daytime support, waking or sleeping nights, 24-hour care, temporary respite, live-in care or supported living. The most appropriate option will depend on the individual, and arrangements can be reviewed as needs change.

Our team supports people of all ages across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Lincolnshire, with nationwide care available where required. Our Care Services

Care can mean different things at different stages of life. Our services range from help with everyday routines and companionship to live-in, overnight and complex support. We work people of all ages, creating an individual care arrangement for each person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

End-of-Life (Palliative) Care

Compassionate support for people approaching the end of life, provided with sensitivity, dignity and respect. We work around the person’s wishes and familiar routines, helping them remain as comfortable as possible at home while offering calm, dependable reassurance to those close to them.

Dementia & Alzheimer's Care

Familiar surroundings and consistent routines can make a meaningful difference for someone living with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Our carers provide patient, respectful support shaped around the individual, helping with everyday tasks, personal care, companionship and reassurance while encouraging choice and independence wherever possible.

Live-In Care

Live-in care provides ongoing support from a carer who stays in the person’s home. It can offer reassurance, companionship and practical help throughout the day while allowing the individual to remain close to familiar people, places, possessions and routines. Arrangements are tailored following a full assessment.

Mental Health Support

We provide calm, non-judgemental support for those living with mental health conditions. Care is shaped around the individual’s needs, routines and goals and may include help with daily living, maintaining a safe home environment, attending appointments, building confidence and staying connected with the community.

Brain Injury Care

The effects of an acquired or traumatic brain injury can be different for every person. We provide thoughtful, adaptable support with everyday living, routines, rehabilitation goals and community participation. Our focus is on respecting the individual’s abilities, promoting independence and working alongside families and other professionals where appropriate.

Respite Care

Respite care gives family carers time to rest, attend appointments or simply recharge, knowing their loved one is being supported. It can be arranged for a short visit, a longer period, overnight or as temporary live-in care, depending on the person’s needs and the circumstances of the family.

Physical Disabilities

Our care for people with physical disabilities is designed around what the person wants to achieve. Support may include personal care, mobility assistance, daily routines, household tasks and accessing work, appointments or the community. We focus on ability, choice and helping each person retain as much independence as possible.

Complex Care

Complex needs require careful planning, skilled support and clear communication. Following a detailed assessment, we create an individual care arrangement that reflects the person’s health, routines, risks and preferences. We can work alongside relatives and involved professionals to help provide safe, coordinated support at home.

Long-Term Conditions

Living with a long-term condition can make everyday tasks more demanding, but the right support can help life remain familiar and fulfilling. We provide flexible assistance with personal care, routines, meals, mobility, appointments and companionship, adapting care as the person’s circumstances and abilities change.

Personal Care

Discreet help with washing, dressing, continence, oral care and other personal routines can make it easier to remain comfortable and confident at home. Our carers approach every task with sensitivity, always protecting privacy, dignity and choice. Support is delivered at the person’s preferred pace wherever possible.

Learning disabilities & Autism

We support those with learning disabilities to live with greater choice, confidence and independence. Depending on the individual, this may include help with daily routines, household tasks, communication, appointments, social activities and community access. Support is person-led and shaped around strengths, preferences and personal goals.

Supported living

Supported living helps people enjoy greater independence while receiving the practical assistance and reassurance they need. We work with each person to understand how they want to live, supporting everyday responsibilities, personal routines, relationships and community participation in a way that respects their home, choices and aspirations.
